Seller declaration
By offering an item, the customer declares that they are its lawful owner or have documented authority to sell it; the item is not stolen, lost, unlawfully obtained, subject to an unresolved insurance claim or ownership dispute, or restricted by finance, lease, employer or device-management terms; and the information supplied is truthful.
Verification
CashOnPick or the partner may request reasonable identity and ownership evidence, examine serial numbers or IMEI, verify account-lock status, and keep lawful transaction records. Excessive or irrelevant personal data should not be collected.
Refusal and reporting
A suspicious or prohibited item may be refused, quarantined only where lawful and safe, or reported to an appropriate authority. CashOnPick and partners will cooperate with lawful requests and may suspend associated accounts. A customer should never attempt to sell an item found after being reported lost; it should be returned through an appropriate channel.
