Online quotations are estimates until physical inspection and acceptance. CashOnPick does not warrant that every item will receive an offer or that every request will be completed.
Independent partners
Unless a transaction record identifies OCOM Private Limited as purchaser, the assigned partner independently purchases and collects the item. CashOnPick may set standards, provide technology and support complaints but does not assume the partner’s payment, tax, employment, custody or downstream resale obligations.
Service availability
The platform may be unavailable because of maintenance, connectivity, third-party systems, security events or circumstances beyond reasonable control. CashOnPick will use reasonable efforts to restore service but cannot promise uninterrupted operation.
Non-excludable rights
Nothing in this disclaimer excludes liability or customer rights that cannot be excluded under applicable law. Any limitation must be interpreted narrowly and fairly, particularly for consumer transactions, fraud, wilful misconduct, gross negligence, personal injury, confidentiality and data-protection duties.
