How and when do I get paid?+
The assigned partner pays you directly at pickup after inspecting your device and agreeing on the final amount.
What should I do before the pickup?+
Back up your files and have the device charged for inspection. Remove your SIM and memory cards, sign out of personal accounts and erase your data before the final handover.
How long is my quote valid?+
Your displayed quote is valid for 3 days. If you need a later pickup, contact our team to check whether we can honour it.
